Use Cases and Deployment Scope

We use Webexpenses to upload any potential expenditure that occurs from us personally whilst we are attending to or working with clients. It is also used for submission of petty cash and card expenditure. I utilise it with receipts kept from outings or things to support clients, my manager uses it for the petty cash side of things.

Usability

When there is no technical faults or glitches, it is such a smooth running and efficient system. It's user friendly to the max, colour coded in some areas, great structure and clear and easy functioning. You have the option to refer others if you so wish to do also. Suitable for everyone.

Likelihood to Recommend

My submissions have been a breeze, Acceptance depends on uplines but is fairly fast. It's nice to have all submissions available in a date order clearly. I like the colour coded areas, which helps me with sone of my difficulties. Its nice to be able to see the photo of what I uploaded at any time.
