Overall Satisfaction with Webexpenses

Wise provides a development budget for us to use on courses or products that develops us professionally. Webexpenses is used to inform the company what we acquired and how much it did cost by uploading invoices, specifying what we acquired, and so on.

Pros

  • Allows us to upload multiple documents to justify the expenses
  • Allows us to categorize what we wanted to expend our budget on
  • Gets easier to use once you get used to it

Cons

  • Interface is not user friendly, so it takes some time getting used to it
  • So many options and different drop-boxes to choose from that it gets confusing
  • I was able to save money on a course by using it, using the development budget instead, saving me a good trouble.
  • Allows us to independently submit our expenses without the need to reach out to people such as leads, overloading them.
Although I am quite happy with the tool since it allowed me to submit my expenses to the company and get swiftly reimbursed, the fact is that the tooling interface is not user friendly and needs some adjustments, such as makings options more clear and more organized.

Would you buy Webexpenses again?

Yes

Webexpense is useful to specify to the company big expenses, such as courses, books or other activities, products that are more expensive. However, I believe there should be a option to quickly expense some other, less expensive necessities, such as Uber trips.
