Overall Satisfaction with WebPT

We use WebPT as our electronic medical record for all of our patient charts, we use it for scheduling, we use it for appointment reminders.

Pros

  • Scheduling program is very easy
  • Program helps with compliance, especially in a small practice.
  • Program consolidate lots of small needs into one program.

Cons

  • Flowsheets could be improved
  • Need a function for duplicate patient names
  • Price is a little too high in comparison to other programs
  • Improved productivity
  • Improved overall medical compliance
  • Improved overall business evaluation
We recently added the electronic registration program. This has helped us cut down on time to get a patient going with their evaluation because they can do their paperwork ahead of time before the first visit.
It has helped our small clinic, mainly with keeping up with dates on prescriptions and plan of care’s. It also helps us to keep in contact easily with the patient’s physician and other medical providers.

WebPT Works great for our small practice. It is on the pricier end of EMR Programming. However, for the most part, I feel that the price is worth what you get. I have users of all ages using this at my office, and it is generally very user-friendly.
