This program is used for scheduling, EMR for documentation, insurance verification, reminders of appointments, and analysis of therapist time with regard to patients and billing.
- Reminder emails/texts were sent without issues.
- Intake paperwork to get ready for new patients is amazing.
- Scheule is easy to use.
- Almost one time a month, there is something that is not working on a given day.
- Analytics are so slow and lagging behind on a regular basis, and so often, the information I want is not up to date.
- Insurance verification has helped with time-saving in general with patient billing issues.

I do not feel like I have to do the documentation during visits as the notes do not take as long as when I previously used EPIC.
