WebPT is the EHR & Billing platform multiple of our clients use. We provide practice management, auditing and billing services for these practices using this platform.
- Great for thorough documentation and reliable records management

- Available reporting options are limited in WebPT, and they cannot be merged reporting with the billing reporting to generate more comprehensive reports for auditing purposes. It would be nice to have the capacity to customize templates between the two platforms to allow for better data management and analytics.

Streamlining the EHR and TheraBill options has made for ease of billing and reduced the number of claims errors significantly.
WebPT has exceeded out expectations in safeguarding compliance. With these mechanisms in place our documentation and billing errors have reduced significantly, and it has made onboarding new practitioners just starting there practices easefully while they navigate the guidelines of private practice.
WebPT far surpasses SimplePractice and Office Ally in all areas for EHR and revenue cycle management. WebPT is on par with ClinicSource for documentation, template customization, records management and revenue cycle management for PT/OT/ST. Compared to ClinicSource and ChiroTouch WebPT has room for improvement for available reporting and availability and ease of report customization.
