Overall Satisfaction with WebPT

We use WebPT to generate home exercise programs for our patients. This solves the issue of patient compliance compared to verbalizing instructions or giving them a printout. WebPT allows us to send patients videos with written and verbal instructions to ensure proper performance of the exercises. WebPT also will enable us to adjust the programming with a few clicks easily.

  • Increased compliance with HEP performance - educated guess is 50% increased compliance.
  • Increased compliance leads to a reduction in recovery time, which then leads to increased patient referrals.
As my company uses WebPT for HEP generation exclusively at this point, it has led to an increase in HEP compliance (patient engagement), reducing recovery time and leading to patient referrals, which is always the best way to generate new clients. Prior systems were very clunky and required patients to download apps with access codes, which led to frustration amongst both patients and staff.
Not really applicable.
Also, I have used PTWired and HEP2GO, but they were not in the database. WebPT automatically generates a patient profile, which is very helpful. WebPT also doesn't require the patient to download an app from the App Store, which is an added step for patients to perform, which will decrease compliance.

I only use it as a HEP generator, but compared to other systems I have used, WebPT makes it easy to create programs (2 minutes on average) and adjust.
