Use Cases and Deployment Scope

We use this company's EMR. I would definitely not recommend this product. In my experience, the Zoom feature is inconsistently not working (and not included in the base price), and I feel they do not follow requests made for integrating billing clearinghouse. They turn off billing access to one company and I believe then piecemeal you other tasks that prevent you from billing. If you don't intend to use Therabill as your clearinghouse in perpetuity, I would absolutely avoid this product.

Pros and Cons

Login is easy
Documentation templates are somewhat customizable
They have a scheduling feature.

The connection between their partner software (Theraplatform) often omits superbills, so unless you're comparing both websites daily, you won't end up submitting all of your claims.
When you try to switch clearinghouse companies, they turn off your connection to the original clearinghouse prematurely and then piecemeal tasks you need to do before they will start a nre connection.
Their Zoom platform often won't let clients enter the meeting. In my experience, when you complain about it, they send you the instructions for how to use Zoom rather than investigate the problem.
