Overall Satisfaction with WebPT
We use WebPT everyday for scheduling. There are lots of issues with the system going down at random times of the day.
Pros
- Has intake feature
- Able to lookup benefits
- Easy to read the screen
Cons
- The system working at all times
- Things saving when you have done things
- Patients are in and out quickly
- Patients can receive HEP emails
- Patients are able to submit forms that go directly to therapist
