Overall Satisfaction with WebPT

EMR, Billing, NPS, statistics and reports. WebPT is helpful with our productivity tracking as well as our patient satisfaction and keeping engaged with our patients.

Pros

  • Alert and flag insurance specific billing requirements
  • Customizable templates
  • Allowing patient information filled out online to carryover into patient documentation
  • Easily obtain and track insurance verifications and visit authorizations.

Cons

  • Seems to go down or slow down to a crawl at the most inconvenient times.
  • Not being able to work out a way for us to collect a supply fee from a patient and apply it to their case without it going into their insurance.
  • Not really that user friendly at getting the data we want easily in the reports/analytics
  • The weekly report of clinic visits is spot on accurate but the # of cancel/no shows is always different from manual count??
  • Patient satisfaction
  • Increased clean claims rate reducing need for personnel to rework them
  • Improved cash flow

The EMR documentation is really useful and once customized to your specific preferences goes pretty quickly for evals, progress notes and daily notes
