Overall Satisfaction

  • I enjoy that I am able to create specific Campaign IDs to track my display campaigns as well as search campaigns. I am able to track Average Time on Site (ATOS), visits, and pages viewed by each campaign ID.
  • There are glitches in the system; some traffic sources are not identified correctly which can disrupt data. For example, I see Display campaign ID mixed in with search traffic, referral traffic.
  • Some of the reporting and dashboard layouts are less than ideal for seeing the bigger picture on one screen.
  • Certain metrics like time on site, and unique visitors are not measured as well as they could be. ATOS should be measured in seconds, rather than minutes.
  • This would be something the client would know, we are instructed to use this tool based on a client's decision.
I dont have a choice in the matter. But, if it were up to me, I would recommend using Google Analytics along with Webtrends, to get the best of both.
