WhatsApp Business app is used for a lot of communications between clients, colleagues and for store and some new products or promotions. It's a perfect app to send a message or call. [Having] video calling available is also a plus. And that all is completely free. Sound quality is mostly very good. [Another] good thing is that can use it on PC as well.

- In a group, only admin can add new person.
- Store, where can publish new products or specials, is a very good tool.
WhatsApp don't have any adds. It is very reliable and free. WhatsApp interface is simple and user friendly and very easy to use.
It checks all contacts in phone and lets you know who uses WhatsApp already.
What can be very useful is sharing live location for 15 minutes, 1 hour or 8 hours.
