Overall Satisfaction with Whimsical

We use Whimsical to quickly and effectively workflow new processes, visualize complicated systems, and collaborate on new ideas. We love how easy it is to get started and the way the product is designed allows for really nice cross-functional collaboration.

Whimsical is much easier to learn than Lucidchart. We had coworkers up and running on Whimsical with little to no training. It's intuitive and just makes sense and it never freezes or times out, unlike some other tools we've used in the past. The monthly cost is also approachable and the commenting encourages conversation.

Whimsical is great if you're trying to quickly visualize something without high fidelity designs. It won't replace your design tools, but it's an awesome way to document processes in an easily digestible format. It really can't be beat for remote collaboration either. We've found it reduces swirl in meetings and allows us to get things done faster.
