Overall Satisfaction with Whimsical

We use whimscial to visualize a lead management process diagram for internal teams. This is primarily used by Sales and Marketing and helps demystify how leads move through the system. It helps facilitate conversations around lead flow, volume, and routing logic.
  • Visualize process flows
  • Allow for comments and feedback
  • Enable collaboration in designing diagrams
  • Inserting links is not intuitive or user friendly
  • Editing diagrams can get frustrating and tedious
  • Process mapping
  • Shape & design UX
  • Decreased confusion around lead process mapping and flow
  • Increased productivity of conversations around lead volume and logic
Miro has a slight edge in UI but Whimsical is not far behind.

For visualizing or mapping a flow, Whimsical works really well. It may be less useful for sharing feedback and comments are that diagram and thus limits the tools ability to be a hub for discussion.
