It is a great way to promote communication leading up to, during, and following a training event or professional gathering.

- Session Q&A - allows participants to ask questions before and after an event

- Check-in messaging and Ice breakers - to facilitate communication among attendees
- Messaging between attendees who are on site or attending virtually
- Announcements and Meet ups
- Speakers, Documents, Polls, Event details, etc.
- Include floor plan of hotels to make it easier to locate session rooms
- Two-way encrypted communication that transmits quickly
- Ease of use
- Reliability
- Promotes social interaction
- It has been a positive ROI
Whova was easier to use and offered lots more features that were easy to access from the app.
