Overall Satisfaction with Whova

I have used Whova as an event guest- I have not used it as an event planner, but might if there ever was an opportunity. I have most recently used it for an economic summit, where it was used to have attendees be able to find different breakout sessions, connect with one another, and ask questions in the app.

I have never had to contact the Whova support team, but I feel like that says a lot about their app! I have had no issues in the time that I've used it.
I have used many different apps for events, and Whova is one of my favorites. I enjoy the polling aspect as well as being able to see the other attendees at the expo, summit, or conference. I wish that the event hosts would use the Q&A more, as it's a great feature, but no one seems to ever use it to actually bring up questions. I don't quite understand the leaderboard part of it- I think there was supposed to be a type of "friendly competition" but most people I talked with found it useless or vaguely annoying. Being able to take notes right in the app, and come back to previous events is my favorite thing about Whova and why it is in my opinion the best event app.

Would you buy Whova again?

Yes

Larger expos with lots of breakout sessions and options for attendees. Probably less suited if it's a smaller conference as there wouldn't be as many opportunities to use all the features. As an attendee, I had a hard time with my last use with the planners not using the Q&A portion that Whova provides and instead just asked for live questions which were hard to manage and hard to hear.
