Overall Satisfaction with Widen

We used Acquia DAM (Widen) for all of our accounts to have access to our product images. This helped free up my time so I didn't have to send assets out individually.

I will not be using Widen in the future.
This was a disappointment to me. I never knew who my contact was, did not get any check-ins, and did not get much support at all. I was very disappointed overall and wouldn't recommend Acquia DAM (Widen) to anyone.
Actually, I ended up going with Brandfolder after using Acquia DAM (Widen). The biggest thing for our needs was to have privacy settings on assets which Acquia DAM (Widen) could not do for us, but Brandfolder could.
