Overall Satisfaction with Widen
Acquia DAM (Widen) is an excellent DAM tool. Their team is super useful, we have been able to connect the tool with their help to several other tools. The setup was complex, but right now it's a huge improvement from the folder structure we had before in a cloud service. The flexibility of the labels and fields, combined with some creativity on your side, will help you leverage insights on the assets which, in a world with UA testing happening all the time, it's helped us realize what works, what doesn't, and which characteristics the asset has that might be the trigger for attracting new users to our apps. I recommend Acquia DAM (Widen) - make sure you get to know your customer success person in the early stage and establish a clear action plan. After the initial setup, the rest is super easy!
