Overall Satisfaction with Widen

We use the Digital Asset Management tool. It's been a blessing just to get everything in one place, organized where users can access it. That was our aim and we achieved it. We are now working on making it more robust.

Pros

  • Organizing the project beginning to end

Cons

  • I/we really didn't have any negative feedback. We were fully taken care of by Acquia DAM (Widen) and it's the reason I took this survey.
  • We currently have 10,000 assets in the DAM
  • Almost 50 regular users adding content
  • This all leads to us having all of our digital content at our fingertips for all areas of the company to use for internal info, marketing, communications, archives, etc.
Yes, we are doing this as we speak by finally getting our Salesforce link going allowing all of the assets from our field team to be uploaded seamlessly.
We have been checked on. We have received emails about a change in the company ownership and I'm checking to see who our contacts are now and making sure we still have connections. Might have to get back to you on this one.

My biggest call out to Acquia DAM (Widen) on our project was their project management skills. They took it as slow or fast as we needed it. Broke things down so that we could digest the information. They walked us through tasks and exercises to help the US come to the best answers for our own best results and the organization of all of this was so impressive to me. We constantly checked on and kept on track and all this was deeply appreciated.
