Overall Satisfaction with Widen
We use Acquia DAM (Widen) to house all of our photography assets. Previously, assets were stored across multiple g-drive folders and therefore we had no search capability. Now that we have very rich metadata auto-mapped to our assets, we can find assets within a matter of seconds. It has also helped us create strict permissions around who can download or view assets. This is especially valuable as we have a lot of usage rights that must be respected.

- When a selection is made, it sometimes keeps this selection even after a browser is closed. It would be nice to have the option to keep or de-select the selection.

- We have reduced time doing administrative tasks by over 50%
- Our design team can now do specific metadata-based searches for assets they need to promote specific styles.
I see us using Widen for a very long time and utilizing, even more, its robust metadata.
