Overall Satisfaction with Widen

Ho-Chunk, Inc. is a very unique company in the aspect that we are a tribally-owned organization that does multiple types of business – ranging from retail jobs to government contracting and everything in between. In my specific role, we use Acquia DAM (Widen) as a tool to document our media history as a company as well as utilize it as a tool to effectively communicate with internal and external stakeholders. Acquia DAM (Widen) REALLY helps us sift through our vast library of media thanks to the metadata features built into the upload wizard. Without this service, we would be all over the place.

  • Safe and secure way to store our vast media of our company's history
  • More user-friendly way to collaborate across multiple users on approving uploaded photos and how they are stored and displayed in the system. Sometimes we take multiple photos for headshots and only one is approved for use. The current way allows room for error if communication isn't strong within a group with the same permissions.

We plan to continue to document the company as we break historic milestones. This is going to be huge for us through 2024 as we will likely double in revenue and employees.
Every time I've needed support, the Acquia DAM (Widen) team has been there to assist me with a quick reply.
Our organization has over 25 subsidiaries. Acquia DAM (Widen) has helped us keep a consistent brand presence by providing a library of assets for all users. This has helped employees throughout the company use the correct files.

Sifting through all of our press releases is a great example of how Acquia DAM (Widen) helps see through the noise of our organization. With our labeling system, we can search by keyword, year, or which executive/subsidiary was the topic.
