Overall Satisfaction with Acquia DAM (Widen)

Acquia DAM (Widen) is currently connected to our PIM system to feed our product data, imagery, videos and documents to our company site as well as data syndication efforts to trading partners. Acquia DAM (Widen) serves as our first step in the digital shelf where products are not only housed, but routinely updated and monitored for distribution purposes to end users and different marketing endpoints.

We have a standing monthly meeting with the Acquia DAM (Widen) team to discuss needs and new product capabilities. For any questions that cannot initially be answered during the call or email, we receive updates or future answers quickly from our customer support team. They truly take our needs/requests seriously and work to implement our suggestions to some degree.

Acquia DAM (Widen) has the flexibility to be used by numerous colleagues in our marketing department because of the import/export abilities. While we internally limit the updating of DAM product data to two people in our team (to ensure consistent data methods and traceability) it is user-friendly to know what fields to populate due to the open freedom to build out your processes.
