A Helpful Digital Asset Management System for Small and Medium Businesses

We leverage Acquia DAM (Widen) for asset management, including photos, videos, documents and idea, to share with stakeholders both internally and externally. We often utilize Acquia DAM (Widen) to create portals of resources to share with outside audiences, which is much more effective than sharing a Google Drive or Box folder. Instead of just looking at file names, it allows easy visibility into the documents themselves, custom organization and aesthetics.

We haven't leveraged the technical capabilities of Acquia DAM (Widen) all that well. Instead, we mostly use it as a digital asset manager and to create portals to share files and documents with internal and external parties.
