Overall Satisfaction with Acquia DAM (Widen)

i am the administrator of the DAM incharged of setting permissions, implementation of new systems, asset maintenance and organization, metadata and taxonomygovernance.

  • more latitude as an admin to make structural changes on the back end
  • improvement on ui features for a better visual navigation by the user
  • image recognition and machine learning improvements
outstanding support from the csm and team
