Overall Satisfaction with Microsoft Power Automate (formerly Microsoft Flow)

We use WinAutomation to conduct repetitive tasks daily before our staff is in the office. We have built robots that aggregate data from online servers, a process that data into usable formats, and to automate software that doesn't have built-in automation functions. We have used it to automate a lengthy daily process that processes raw customer address data into USPS-ready coded data, ready for our daily printing and mailing business.
  • Automates repetitive tasks
  • Easy to configure
  • Flexible to allow for more complicated automation
  • Notifies me when a process has failed
  • Could watch for and dismiss standard software updates or maintenance notices.
  • FTP functionality is useful but complicated
  • Occasionally loses track of application windows
  • Allowed staff to direct energy to other responsibilities
  • Shifted resource-heavy tasks to off-business hours
  • Eliminated the possibility of user-error in processes
I use PlanetPress Suite to automate printing processes, and WinAutomation extends the functionality beyond the standard reach of the software, allowing me easy access to interact fluidly with the internet and other network resources.
