Wingman transcribes all of our customer calls and helps in reviewing recordings with search capabilities to find out if certain keywords are being used or if certain discovery questions are being asked correctly.

Wingman is well suited for recording interactions between the company and customers, so it can be indexed, researched, and reviewed as required in the future. Managers will find it easier to review "game film" of their reps and quickly ascertain if certain discovery questions are being asked. They can also look for indicators of training required by checking for phrases like "I don't know" or "I'm not sure," or "I'll have to get back to you on that."
