Overall Satisfaction with Wingman
As we started to do more sales discussions and grow our team, we needed a tool that would help us stay organized, track our meetings, and share insights across the business. I use Wingman to record all of our sales and customer success conversations and then to review my own performance and share key parts of the discussion with our engineering team. As we've onboarded new team members, we use the Wingman recorded conversations to train them and share what works well.
- Automatically joins sales conversations without me needing to do anything
- Easy to navigate to relevant parts of recordings
- I can share recordings with my team without having to add additional seats
- The transcription is not perfect. Usually, it's good enough to find what you're looking for, but I end up relying on the audio rather than the text transcription
- I haven't quite gotten the recording consent flow as smooth as I would like
- The interface can be a bit busy at times
- Much faster and better employer onboarding
- Fewer dropped balls in the sales process
- More accuracy in our integration process
