Overall Satisfaction with Wistia
It's used to send demo videos to clients/prospects. We [previously] couldn't tell who was watching it, when and for how long, or if they did watch it some time later in the sales cycle.
Pros
- Configuring how video is shared
- Tell the engagement rate
- Video quality on replay compared to other means of sharing
Cons
- I would like not to have to go through the video to see stats but have engagement consolidated somewhere for all videos
- It helps us measure engagement with our audience and see whether we need to qualify further the opportunity.
- Box
Box doesn't let you see engagement and the videos are low quality and not configurable to see who's viewed it (email). FTP is even worse for measuring engagement.
