Overall Satisfaction with Wix
Wix is no longer being used in our organisation. Although they are making efforts to foster relationships with agencies, ultimately they are more concerned about the end-user, which is completely fine because that is their business model, but as an agency, I can't justify using Wix for several reasons which we'll get into in the review.
- Friendly to never before web designers.
- Can be a good free tool to create a starter site.
- Good for students to learn the very basics.
- When I last used it the websites created felt slow and bloated.
- The SEO potential is just not there, it was not customisable enough.
- Can be limiting in terms of design and functionality.
- Wix hasn't allowed us to create the best websites we can.
- The workflow can be a bit slow because of the limiting design capabilities.
- SEO potential is just not there.
