Overall Satisfaction with Workable
As a growing marketing company, we have used Workable extensively to coordinate our hiring efforts among our team. Currently, there are 3 of us involved in the hiring process and it allows us to share information, our personal reviews of the applicants and move them along our process with ease.
Pros
- Workable keeps us organized in the process. It allows us to easily house all information in one place for easy reference.
- It provides us with templates, support, and ideas to improve our internal process. The templates simplify the communication between our team and the candidates.
- The ability to source people and move candidates to different job openings increases our ability to fill positions.
Cons
- Search functions in people search are not always accurate, specifically when looking in a particular geographic area.
- Workable has decreased the time we need to spend during our hiring process by at least 1/3 from the method we've used in the past. It keeps everything we need in one place and simplifies the entire process for everyone involved.
