Overall Satisfaction
Global HRMS with self service functionality for managers and employees. Used to manage HR and Financial data across the whole organization for employees in 34 countries. Robust custom reporting capabililities, global currencies, performance evalution system and merit/compensation planning tool.
Pros
- Improved user interface, org charts, analytics in the merit tool.
- Reporting data in local and reporting currency, which is USD for Intermec.
- Business processes can be modified as necessary by the functional owners.
Cons
- System documentation and client support
- Creating custom reports is more difficult than other systems I've used
- Increased manager efficiency
- Increased HR efficiency
