Overall Satisfaction with Workfront
We use Workfront in our marketing department across many marketing functions. It addresses how marketing materials are requested, project managed and created. It also helps prioritize work and manage projects across the marketing organization. It allows for a central intake process so that people follow a set of rules in order to gain marketing support. This allows for a more well thought out strategy.
- Centralize projects in one solution
- Deliver client-facing services
Pros
- Workfront is easy to use and easy to train new users on.
- Workfront helps prioritize work and manage work flow and approvals.
- Workfront allows a transparent view for all people involved to see where a project is at.
Cons
- Customer service can be better.
- It does not have an overview of a campaign. Most projects are 1:1.
- Workfront has helped us identify a workflow process and manage approvals.
- Workfront helps us collaborate on projects where there are many stakeholders and reviewers.
- Workfront helps us identify capacity issues and allows us to assign/reassign work according to people's workloads.
