Overall Satisfaction with Workfront

[It is] used by a single department to track resource availability and log time against projects and operational work.

Pros

  • Timecard entry for projects and tasks.
  • Creation of projects and assignment of resources.
  • Ability to create project templates that allow projects of similar types to be easily created.

Cons

  • Sometimes resources pools are hard to use.
  • Segregating projects into programs is sometimes confusing.
  • Helped our department;s users better input time against project tasks.

Workfront is actually easier to use for consolidating resource requests and timesheet management than most of its competitors.
Professional services have always been easy to book and have been very knowledgeable.
[It is] well suited for project management, portfolio management, resource management, and user entry of time against tasks.
