Overall Satisfaction with Workfront
We use Workfront across the marketing organization. We have a 55 person marketing organization. We had been using a different task management tool, but it was not able to scale with our organization. We needed a system that could handle hierarchy of tasks, projects, programs, and portfolios. Workfront is a great tool for this usage type.

- Milestones, but excited for the new feature rollout coming soon
- Calendar
- Gantt charts are a little lacking and tough to read given the number of projects we work on
- Would love to see Workfront be able to produce a flow chart based on dependencies
- The reporting is fantastic, however it would be great to add a specific time frame (ex: Today + or - 30 days) as opposed to current month
- Our production management would have failed without Workfront
- Workfront has allowed our production management team to be very organized and stay on top of every task at hand
- Workfront has given us the 10,000 foot view through dashboards, reporting, and the calendar that we did not have before
We were using Kapost, which is more of a task management system. As a marketing organization of a hyper-growth company, we needed a system that allowed us to have hierarchy of projects. We were getting lost in the weeds, and needed a higher level view. We reviewed quite a few project management systems from the low to high end and found that Workfront did everything we needed. Workfront was a clear front-runner throughout our process.
