Overall Satisfaction with Workfront
I am able to accurately measure my team's productivity, produce high-level reports for the executives of my company. I use it as a PM but I manage the work load as well. My team uses it as a ticketing system for customer engagement.
- The ability to build custom forms which are tailored to specific projects
- The ability to generate reports quickly
- The ease of the product
- The ability to allow for dynamic reporting
- The levels of administrative access to not bottle neck the process for programs
- The ability to have user friendly API assistance
- We do not have the ability to hard code items and use historical views - be able to track the change and once the field is changed it does not adjust all the data in the system with the new material (budget)
- Workfront has allowed me to show cost benefit and cost savings
I prefer workfront but Service Now has better reports
