Overall Satisfaction with Workplace by Facebook

We use Workplace as a platform where our staff can "hang out". This kind of platform is especially important for our remote staff who normally don't have the opportunities to network and socialize with others.
  • It is very similar to Facebook, so it is very easy for staff to learn to use.
  • Free to use.
  • A lot of Gif options and our staff enjoy using them.
  • Can't think of any!
  • It provides a free venue for remote staff to network with each other.
We didn't need to use any support so far since it is very to set up and use.

Even though it allows you to create groups/teams, we find it less helpful when it comes to teamwork collaboration. We find it extremely helpful to provide a networking platform for remote staff.
