Our company uses Workplace on a daily basis. We use it for communication, both through text and audio calls, between team members. We also use many different groups within Workplace, like an Announcements group where we post important information, or Current Projects to share what we've been working on with the team, and even a Social group to post things from our everyday lives.
- Team communication.
- Announcements.
- Social.
- It could have a cleaner desktop interface.
- I've had a lot of audio problems with calls.
- Sometimes takes a while to refresh if my computer falls asleep.
- Improved communication between team members.
- Encouraged team members to share aspects of their lives, making it seem less like work and more like working with friends.
- Largely replaced email as a faster form of communication.
