Overall Satisfaction with Workvivo
I use Workvivo as it serves as a platform where you can show and share your emotions, experiences, culture, holidays, and other adventures with your co-workers. It is also a way to connect and be engaged and be blended with other employees. It also serves as a workaround to get our stress out after loading off work. It serves as the employee platform to gather their insight, and opinions or to know your co-worker's life, outside amazon. Also, this makes our performance increase more as it balances our work life and personal life. It is helping us solve the community of our company. As we are spread out and a very large organization with multiple different sectors, it's nice to see what others are working on, commenting on, and discussing. It benefits me by learning what else my peers are doing.
Pros
- Keeps updated about the people and news I follow and is like an active org chart with amazing graphics.
- The ability to personalize and customize my profile.

- Inability to move the next story without having to go back to the original page.
- Profile section should be a space to curate your professional self and colleagues.
- New features like emoticons as a reaction to a post something like heart, hug, sad, and laugh.

- I work remotely so maintaining interaction with your colleagues is more difficult. With Workvivo, I can stay tuned to what my colleagues are doing (in more fun, personal way) so I get to know them and break that distance barrier.
- Workvivo helps to share work-related information and it is also a way to connect to the community all around the world that shares the same values and interests. Workvivo is fun and easy to use which is very helpful to the user.
- It solves the problem of learning the organizational chart, which changes frequently. It helps me quickly find a co-worker's profile with contact info and helps me learn their interests, which I value as a remote employee.
It is secure and organization only. It is user-friendly and it helps to communicate not just with the team but with the whole community. At Workvivo we can also share our ideas which can be helpful to others. This helps my everyday office work. It is a kind of social media environment for offices where we can share thoughts. We can also share our ideas which can be helpful to other colleagues. We also get updates on recent news on what's happening. Also, we do have an option to take a voting polling on whatever we want. Additionally, It also helps us connect with our official resources. We share our personal observations there a post which can be seen worldwide in our organization.....!!!
