Overall Satisfaction with Workvivo
Workvivo is a tool which is very helpful in our organisation for the new hires to interact with other tenured employees. Workvivo has all the job-related apps attached to it, so whenever new hires need to access apps like Phonetool, Forte, Polaris, etc., It will be very easily accessible and very useful for the new hires as it is all together in one place.
Improvement:
1. Add some more apps which will be useful for the new hires to get to know about the unknown things.
2. CIM launch in Workvivo is a big step, most of the people in my organization are using Workvivo. If they miss the CIM launch in Outlook, they would definitely come to know about the launch through Workvivo.

- Engaging the new hires with other tenures employees.
- Important CIM communication is very informative.
- All app in one place for the assistance for new hires.
Cons
- Sometimes, the same post would repeat multiple times. Needs to be fixed.
- Duration for removing and posting post is high.
- CIM update in Workvivo
- Creating awareness about something to others using hashtags
- The sources for most of the needed apps for new hires.
- Still lacking certain apps which might be helpful for new hires.
