Overall Satisfaction with Workvivo

Workvivo is a great way to make everyone feel a part of the company whether they're remotely working or in the office. It lets us all get involved between our own company holding competitions over there or if you're looking to share some dad jokes! Lovely addition to any workplace to help your workday not feel so isolating and help you feel like you're a part of the team.

  • Connecting all remote and in office workers
  • Breaking up your daily routine with some competitions and incentives
  • Pulse surveys are full of glitches
  • Notifications are hard to see without a refresh
  • More precise roles on profiles would be beneficial eg. which team
  • Spaces
  • Job Opportunities
  • Company Updates
  • Decreased productivity for those who are sitting in codes
  • Favoritism could occur causing jealous between agents
  • Possibility for inappropriate content

Workvivo is appropriate for engaging your workforce in team-building activities or challenges or if employees are looking to share something work related but I do feel it is most definitely inappropriate for anything that may be crude or defaming the callers/company in any way. This is solely based on each person's definition of appropriate or not so this could cause issues if some may take this as if it is their own personal social media.
