Use Cases and Deployment Scope

I use Workvivo to keep up with news and events within my organisation. I read content and I post content. I am in a number of different groups and teams so I love the different spaces. As many of us work from home on a given day it is a great tool for communication between us all.

Provides different spaces for different groups and teams
Easy to navigate
Colourful

Cons

Sometimes it is hard to see posts, even with recent ones you have to scroll down a lot to find them
Not always easy to change fonts, or do formatting

It is great for different groups/ teams as you can create your own spaces. If you are looking for content relating to a specific team, you just go to that space and everything is there. If you go to the main page however, there are a lot of items layered on top of each other so it can be hard to find something. So if you don't know something is there, and don't know to look for it, you might never come across it.
