Overall Satisfaction with Wrike

My team uses Wrike to track and manage all Marketing and Communications requests for the organization.

Pros

  • Customized request forms
  • Sending reminders to you about incomplete tasks or things you may have missed
  • Being able to email the requester directly from the platform

Cons

  • Customized reports - hard to use and missing functionality
  • Notifying the requester of status changes - in progress, complete etc.
  • Wrike has helped with managing marketing requests, keeping everyone on track with business objectives
