Overall Satisfaction with Wrike
Currently use Wrike as a one-stop-shop to manage a Projects office, from receiving requests for work through to project management, timeline planning and time tracking. It is useful as any client can access the tasks or projects underway for them, and see up to date information on status, plus any additional information, documents etc that the project manager or draftsman has added to the task.

- Frequent UI & experience upgrades but functionality upgrades are slow
- Provides a voting platform to allow users to vote on improvements identified by the Wrike team or users, however these improvement suggestions are often left on the shelf.
