Overall Satisfaction with Wrike

Currently use Wrike as a one-stop-shop to manage a Projects office, from receiving requests for work through to project management, timeline planning and time tracking. It is useful as any client can access the tasks or projects underway for them, and see up to date information on status, plus any additional information, documents etc that the project manager or draftsman has added to the task.
  • Work Requests
  • Status of tasks
  • Organisation of tasks
  • Missing some elementary project management tools
  • Frequent UI & experience upgrades but functionality upgrades are slow
  • Provides a voting platform to allow users to vote on improvements identified by the Wrike team or users, however these improvement suggestions are often left on the shelf.
  • Unsure - not something we have tracked

Do you think Wrike delivers good value for the price?

Not sure

Are you happy with Wrike's feature set?

No

Did Wrike live up to sales and marketing promises?

I wasn't involved with the selection/purchase process

Did implementation of Wrike go as expected?

Yes

Would you buy Wrike again?

Yes

  • Very useful for us as it provides a single source of truth for our tasks in the office
  • Able to add task relevant information within the 'job card' which is searchable
  • Approval process for tasks - allows some commitment to be made before work commences.
  • Proofing allows drawings to be submitted for approval, comments sought, and approval received, and these actions are all recorded in the task.
