Overall Satisfaction with Wrike

We use Wrike for both project management (a huge variety of projects varying from a few tasks o over 250), marketing campaign management and daily tasks - if it's not in Wrike it doesn't get done! Being able to utilise blueprints for projects helps increase efficiency and ensures that we don't miss anything.
  • Dashboards - everything a user has to do in one place
  • Blueprints - everything we do, the same, everytime
  • Automation - we use to drive status and assignee changes without uers having to remember
  • Automation - even more flexibility for if this, then that! It is good, but I still have changes or actions I can't do
  • Admin - allowing admin users to amend more, passwords, photos etc
  • Stopping notifications - we don't need constant reminders for a recurring tasks. They're on the dashboard! It encourages users to work from thier inbox and use the wrong task
  • Main impact on our business is we can't function without it!
Zoho Projects is great for intergration with Zoho and it's modules, but lacks the actual project management elements that Wrike has and is more complicated to set up blueprints etc. We used Redbooth before Wrike and it was limited in what it could do - hence why we moved to Wrike! Sorry can't remember what the main limiting factors were

Do you think Wrike delivers good value for the price?

Not sure

Are you happy with Wrike's feature set?

Yes

Did Wrike live up to sales and marketing promises?

Yes

Did implementation of Wrike go as expected?

Yes

Would you buy Wrike again?

Yes

Wrike works well for us in all areas of our business, we're good at making it work! We have everything from simple daily tasks 'do this' to more complicated projects with 250+ tasks. We use Wrike for everyone's 'To Do' list - the only business areas not in Wrike are CRM and our ticketing system as we need external users to see progress on these.
I would have said Wrike was less appropriate where you complete a task and then need something else to happen - but a new feature in blueprints has launched! I've not tried it yet so unsure how well it works. The main area we struggle with is when you have several tasks that can all be completed on the same day but are dependent tasks. Wrike often re-dates these and changes the whole project.
