Overall Satisfaction with Wrike

We use the platform to manage projects within single departments and across multiple departments. It keeps things organized and allows for neat record-keeping, which is especially useful when many projects are running simultaneously and on different timelines.

Helps solve: miscommunication, decisions being forgotten, and priorities not being understood
  • Shows each team member what to work on each day
  • Keeps projects and decisions/progress within them organized
  • Great for retracing steps to easily see roadblocks
  • Some features are only available with additional add-ons, which cost money
  • Saves time with organized communication

Do you think Wrike delivers good value for the price?

Not sure

Are you happy with Wrike's feature set?

Yes

Did Wrike live up to sales and marketing promises?

I wasn't involved with the selection/purchase process

Did implementation of Wrike go as expected?

No

Would you buy Wrike again?

Yes

Well suited: Teams and companies that want to get organized and where leadership is open to learning/enforcing new platforms
Not well suited: Ones where leadership and employees don't embrace new platforms and processes well. It's very difficult to prove Wrike's worth if no one (or a large % of people) are not using it
