It's so easy to see our gantt chart for a job at a glance when on site. Making minor adjustments when needed is intuitive and simple. I can see all client communication from the office and the client responses in turn, to ensure the latest information from the client is implemented on site and that during client meetings, we are all on the same page. Being able to @ the relevant person provides them with a notification of any notes added to the job which is great for accountability.
Board view would be our most used feature. Keeping track of all jobs and timelines. Haven't given the AI features a go yet, but will look into them.
Definitely the gantt charts and client communication aspects. Invaluable to keeping all involved up to date on the progress of the job.
Yes, clear site communication is key and keeping track of all the moving parts allows effective time management of trades and deliveries.
Mainly learning to navigate with the different menus and sub-menus.
Creating a shortcut menu has been helpful for faster navigation
