Overall Satisfaction with Wrike
Our content and design teams use Wrike as a SOT for all client accounts and projects. Blueprints are created for easy project setup on new accounts or renewing contracts. This allows us to quickly build out project timelines, delegate work, and document progress. With the ability to create dashboards, we can easily view assigned tasks and deadlines for successful project execution.

Cons
- Missing the ability to sort and save inbox messages. I would like to be able to make folders to keep certain messages handy for reference and set follow up reminders.
