Overall Satisfaction with Wrike
We used Wrike to report and solve IT issues within our personalized software. Software issues could lead to incorrect form filing or a delay on completed work, which affects client satisfaction. Wrike allowed us to collaborate on reported issues and find a fix for them. Usage of Wrike was company-wide and used to communicate fixable issues.
