Overall Satisfaction with Wrike
Use it for creating new jobs with our internal creative strategy marketing team that helps create artwork and marketing collateral. This can include developing new printed materials, videos, presentations, etc. These "jobs" are created using a Wrike form and get assigned to the correct account manager within our creative strategy marketing team.
Pros
- The comments feature on documents
- Email notifications
- Consolidating communication for a project
Cons
- Adobe Acrobat comments on PDFs do not appear in the documents when viewed in Wrike
- The form that was used to create the Wrike job should have the information readily available within the Wrike conversation - usually important information you want to refer back to
- The read previous conversation button usually jumps to the very top, nice to just have regular scroll that doesn't get cut off like this
- Helps get projects moved along faster
