Overall Satisfaction with Wrike

We use Wrike to organize projects amongst the team. It helps us to all be on the same page and know when and how to pass off a project from one person/team to another. It is also an easy way to collaborate on editing documents and outputs from the creative teams.

Pros

  • Encourages collaboration
  • Helps with organization
  • Provides a detailed process for projects

Cons

  • Can be difficult to organize
  • Moving between tasks and projects isn't always intuitive
  • Creates efficiency

Yes

It is hard to use when a team isn't on the same page and/or not all teams have access. We fumbled through a large project because everyone wasn't using it the same way so tasks were duplicated and unorganized. It is much easier when everyone is on the same page.
