Overall Satisfaction with Wrike
We use Wrike to assign tasks, set due dates, and generally manage our individual projects. Most of our expert witness/litigation files are time sensitive and Wrike helps us ensure we don't miss a deadline on an important filing. We also use it to monitor what other employees are doing on a particular file. I'm not sure I would categorize that as a business problem, but it does allow us to keep track of who is assigned to do what on a project and identify important dates and deadlines. Personally, I use Wrike to keep track of my assignments and make sure all tasks are being handled and no one is duplicating efforts.
- tracking deadlines
- preventing duplication of effort by those working on same project
- reviewing work done by others
Microsoft, as far as i know, only provides reminders for tasks assigned to me. It does not track status of others who may be working on same project. Wrike does a better job of keeping me informed on status of assignments others are working on.
